PUBLIC HEARING

Please take notice that the Town of Cramerton Board of Commissioners will hold a public hearing on September 16th, 2021 at 6:00 pm in the Town Hall Board Room located at 155 N Main Street, Cramerton, NC 28032.  The purpose of the hearing is to consider a rezoning application for property located 6016 Wilkinson Blvd, identified by Gaston County Parcel # 185926.  The request is to rezone the property from B-1 General Commercial district to CZ, Conditional Zoning district, to allow for the use of automobile sales.

The public is being notified of this public meeting in accordance with the requirements of the Land Development Code and are invited to attend the public meeting if you should desire.

PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE

Town of Cramerton
North Carolina

A public hearing will be held on Thursday, September 2nd, at Town Hall, 155 North Main Street, Cramerton for the purposes of considering an economic development appropriation to the Montcross Area Chamber for the Montcross Emerge initiative.  The Montcross Emerge initiative is described as a way for the private sector and public sector to unite and strengthen the collective partnership in helping to grow the economies of each of our unique communities in the Montcross area, especially for small business development and success.

If you need an auxiliary aid or other accommodations in order to attend or fully participate at this meeting, please contact the clerk’s office at 704-824-4337 as far in advance of the meeting as possible so that your request can be considered. 

A Zoom link to the meeting will be included as part of the agenda package that will be available on the Town’s website, www.cramerton.org prior to the meeting date.

The Board of Commissioners meeting begins at 6:00 p.m.

PUBLIC HEARING

Please take notice that the Town of Cramerton Board of Commissioners will hold a public hearing on July 15th, 2021 at 6:00 pm in the Town Hall Board Room located at 155 N Main Street, Cramerton, NC 28032.  The purpose of the hearing is to consider a rezoning application for property located south of Armstrong Ford Road, and east of S. New Hope Road, identified by Gaston County Parcel #s 222767, 216850, and 222768.  The request is to amend the existing Conditional Zoning (CZ) district, which established a mixed-use development consisting of 1070 single family homes, 80,000 square feet of retail/commercial space, 100,000 square feet of office space, and 70 acres of future business/light industrial use. 

The public is being notified of this public meeting in accordance with the requirements of the Land Development Code and are invited to attend the public meeting if you should desire.

Overlook at Riverside CZ Amendments Hearing

ABC Board Applications being taken - Applications will be taken through September 3rd, 2021 until 5:00 p.m. for any Town resident interested in serving on the Cramerton ABC Board.  This board meets on the third Wednesday of each month at the ABC Store located at 4701 South New Hope Road.  If interested in serving you will need to complete the committee application and return the packet to Town Hall.  The application packet can be found on the Town’s website at www.cramerton.org under the Boards and Committees tab.  Please contact the Town Clerk at 704-824-4337 if you have any questions.
