Registration Policies

 Cramerton Recreation Department will normally establish a 3 to 4 week registration period for youth sports. The registration dates will be publicized by all public means including, but not limited to: local newspaper, signage at parks and town gateways, and town newsletters. Families with multiple registrations will receive a $10.00 discount for one additional child.

All children registered during the regular registration period will be placed on teams.

Late registrations will be handled through developing a waiting list. Participants will be added, when possible, in the order they are assigned on the list. Any child added from the waiting list will pay the fee plus a $10.00 late fee.

After a child is chosen on a team there will be no cash refund. If a child is injured before the regular season special consideration may be given for crediting registration fee to future athletic programs offered by Cramerton Recreation. The Parks and Recreation Director, on case by case basis, may consider unusual refund requests.

Full and partial scholarships will be awarded for each youth sport (Cramerton residents only.) The participant must fill out the scholarship form and present it at the time of registration.

One scholarship will be given out per family per calendar year. The Parks and Recreation Director will responsible for approving the application for scholarships.

Registration fee will cover uniform costs. No upgrades permitted.
