Delay in Bulk Item Pick Up

Bulk pick up will be delayed for one day as the Public Works Department continues to work on storm clean up from Hurricane Florence.  Pick up will begin tomorrow morning.  Please have all bulk items at the curb prior to 7:00 a.m. on Tuesday morning.

Citizen of the Year and Lifetime Service Award

Cramerton is currently searching for its first ever Lifetime Service Award recipient and the 2018 Citizen of the Year. Do you know someone that should be honored, please complete the attached application and return it to Town Hall as soon as possible.

Come out and help us decorate a picket to use in our Pop Up Fences that will be displayed throughout town. Each artist will decorate a picket and we will then reassemble them into small fence segments. You never know where they may show up. All ages are welcome as we will even have miniature fence posts for the smallest Cramerton residents. All materials supplied, as well as snacks and water. You only need to bring your imagination and creativity.

Public Meetings Scheduled – CATS West Corridor Transit Survey

CATS is conducting a study to reevaluate and update the transit recommendation for the West Corridor. CATS needs to hear from citizens living west of Charlotte how important it is to extend rapid transit into Gaston County and beyond!


Ways to participate:


  1. Attend a public meeting. Three (3) meetings have been scheduled, with the first one tonight!
